To provide clear career development pathways, the newly established LUA Academy offers a diverse range of courses designed to equip practitioners with the skills and knowledge required to meet the rising market demands.
Additionally, the Association has launched the MTA Industry Awards and CTA Industry Certification, aiming to enhance professional standards and ethics. By prioritizing the principle of “integrity first,” these initiatives will foster continued excellence and professionalism across the insurance sector, ensuring the industry keeps pace with evolving challenges and opportunities.
